TipLink connects to Spotify through your own free Spotify Developer app, so the credentials stay yours. It needs Spotify Premium for queue and playback features.

Spotify Premium required
Adding to the queue and reading playback state need an active Spotify Premium subscription.
Your own developer app
Create a free app in the Spotify Developer dashboard, enter the exact redirect URI from the TipLink guide, then paste its Client ID and Client Secret into TipLink and approve access in your browser.
Track data
Alerts get the track name, artist, album, album art URL, track link, progress and duration, plus who requested the song.
Separate song request event
Requested tracks can fire their own Song Request Started Playing event instead of the regular Track Started event.
Live request queue
The account settings show a live queue of requested songs that have not started playing yet, with the requester.
