Connect with the Chaturbate Events API.
Chaturbate support is in beta. TipLink uses the official Events API, which gives real-time notifications once you generate a token and paste the URL into TipLink.
- Generate the token
- In your Chaturbate account, generate an Events API token. Choose the Events API scope, not Events API (public), because the public scope leaves out private events such as tips.
- Paste the URL
- Paste the full events URL, which includes your username and token, when adding the account in TipLink.
- Tip data
- Tip alerts expose the tipper's username, the token count, an approximate USD value, the message, and whether the tip was anonymous.
- Quiet by default
- Room entry, room leave and broadcast start and stop events are excluded by default to cut noise. You can switch them back on in the account's Excluded Events.
- Auto Connect
- Enable Auto Connect to connect every time TipLink starts.

Which Events API scope do I need?
Choose Events API, not Events API (public). The public scope does not include private events like tips.
Why are room entry events missing?
Room entry, room leave and broadcast start and stop events are excluded by default because they are high volume. Re-enable them in Excluded Events.
Do I need to write code?
No. You build alerts in the app by choosing an event and the actions that follow.
